This is a reminder for those who may have forgotten and a friendly notice for all coosnet new comers:
1.) Your support comes from comp-u-talk NOT coosnet.
2.) Your support staff members have names. When communicating with you we will sign our name.
3.) We already know your user name.
4.) We already know your password.
5.) While we hope you have a really fantastic birthday, we aren't going to send you a card or a gift. We won't even send you an email wishing you a happy birthday, so we have no need to keep track of your birth date. Sorry :(
6.) We normally run the spell checker before we hit the send button. It's our goal to look good in print.
7.) If we really need critical data from you, we will either call you or send you a letter via snail mail.
So...If you received this letter or something similar, I apologize. We do our best to keep the spam filtered out, but with 800,000 to 1,000,000 emails coming into our servers every day, there is bound to be something that makes it past the filters.
In the future, if you receive mail concerning your coosnet email account, please apply the rules listed above. If any one of the rules fails, delete the mail. If you are still unsure, then feel free to call us for verification.

To safer computing,
